My fee is $170 for individual psychotherapy sessions or $190 for couples therapy sessions. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

I do not currently accept insurance. However, many insurance plans reimburse 50-80% of session fees with out-of-network therapists.
I can provide a superbill for Aetna, Anthem, Beacon, Blue Cross, BlueCross and BlueShield, Bright, Cigna, First Health, Kaiser, United, Optum, Humana, Rocky Mountain Health, Denver Health, and Triwest for reimbursement on out-of-network coverage.
You can use the blue 'Use your Insurance' icon on this page to verify your benefits.
Some clients have an HSA/FSA account through their employer which they can use to pay for therapy.

Yes! Research shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in person therapy. In my experience, I was pleasantly surprised at how impactful these sessions can be. And, its extremely convenient.
I have an office in Central Boulder for those who want to be in person or who may prefer a little bit of both.

The time we book is set aside for you. I charge for the session in full if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice. Of course, life happens, exceptions for emergencies are made on my discretion.

Definitely! I work with people of all identities. I find that many who hold more social privilege appreciate my perspective as a permission slip to be more of themselves.
